I've found a good review of Kita no kuni kara.

It's really nice to see somebody finds this series interesting as much as I do. :)
I hope more people give it a try. There's a reason why Japanese people still talk about the series, and many comedians imitate the father, Goro.

I'm glade that these type of sentimental stories are still alive and kicking.Hope Jdrama starts to show this trend again soon.
