As I announced on D-addict, I'll be subbing the special of Shinzanmono. The story is set two years prior to the series, and it shows private life of Kaga Kyoichiro. The title, Akai Yubi means Red Fingers.
I liked it better than the original series.

Hey Chucks, Thanks for subbing this. Really looking forward to watching it. The series was one of my favs last year (so also thanks for subbing that one).
I watched it without subs since I can understand Japanese to some extent.
But what I didn't understand is the lipstick on the mothers' hand. Did Kaga smelled the lipstick? Kaga said he knows that Mom is not someone who doesn't have her own thoughts, when he looked at her eyes.
Was Mom trying to protect the son? As shown during the dramatic scene when she was crying and son was bowing his head.
But anyway, very very good movie. One of the best Jap films I have seen in my life.
